Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer

• Items returned after the return window

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and may not be canceled.
